That ain't where the nightmare is. That is, unless that's where u r when you replace the throttle cables on a Tbird. Gimmie RBW baby !

It's a fiddly job rather than a nightmare. I have just done a swingarm remove and refit for a new belt on a mates bike, the adjusting bush on the LH side was seized. That almost went to nightmare status!

 
Experience is something you get just after you needed it

Well, i'm not much of a wrencher so for me it was. Took about 3 hours. I was more worried about belt change than cables but i found the belt job a bit long but easy. The throttle cables were far worse. I suppose if i removed a throttle body it woulda been a hell of a lot easier but woulda took much longer.
